Description
Electric transport and stacking for daily handling
The QES12E-SL supports light-duty pallet movements between receiving, storage and dispatch areas. Powered travel and lifting reduce manual handling effort, while handle-mounted controls allow the operator to guide the truck and position loads from the tiller.
Straddle support for pallet access
The support legs sit outside the lifting forks, providing a straddle arrangement for approaching pallets. Select the configuration according to your pallet width, fork entry positions and base construction. Confirm clearance between the support legs before ordering.
Careful positioning around storage areas
The compact chassis and extended tiller support manoeuvring around pallet locations. Creep speed mode helps operators approach loads slowly and align the forks. A battery indicator keeps charge status visible during operation.
Guided mast movement
The reinforced mast incorporates steel side roller guides to reduce friction and support smooth movement. Different mast heights allow the stacker to be selected around your storage requirements. Check both lowered and extended mast dimensions against doorways, ceilings and other overhead obstructions.
Operator functions and access control
The QES12E-SL includes an emergency reverse function, accessible emergency stop button, horn and electromagnetic brake. A removable magnetic key controls activation. An optional PIN-code handle provides an alternative way to manage access to the truck.
Hydraulic design and diagnostic support
The pipe-free hydraulic lifting system removes external hydraulic pipe joints, reducing potential leakage points. The CAN-BUS system monitors vehicle status and provides automatic fault diagnostics to support troubleshooting.
