[Position] Marketing & Sales AssistantPrimary

Key Responsibilities<\/strong>
-<\/strong>1. Marketing PartManage and respond to customer inquiries via social media platforms (Instagram\/Facebook).Convert social media engagement and inquiries into actionable sales leads.Assist in developing the Balkan market (Serbia and neighboring countries) by identifying new B2B opportunities in logistics, manufacturing, and retail chains (primarily through online outreach).
-2. Marketing and Sales Support & OperationsMaintain relationships with existing clients through regular follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat purchases.Execute online promotion for electric pallet trucks and stackers; handle quotations and order tracking.
Manage sales documentation, including technical specifications, price lists, contracts, and shipping documents.Coordinate logistics and customs clearance processes (assisting with basic customs documentation).
Act as a liaison for local market intelligence, reporting on customer needs and order progress.Perform other sales support tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements<\/strong>
\u3010Experience\u3011 Highly motivated candidates with strong learning abilities are welcome to apply. Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing or sales assistance is preferred. Experienced in B2B sales, machinery, logistics, or industrial equipment sales is preferred
\u3010Language\u3011 Native Serbian; English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
\u3010Industry Knowledge\u3011 Familiarity with the local logistics, industrial, or warehousing sectors is a plus. 
\u3010Skills\u3011 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; highly organized with a meticulous attention to detail. Confident and professional in business communication.
\u3010Tools\u3011 Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email) with basic data entry and document management skills.
\u3010Attitude\u3011 Strong sense of responsibility, team spirit, and a customer-service-oriented mindset. Willingness for occasional local short-distance travel and long-term career stability.Passionate about sales and customer relationship developmentSelf-motivated with strong learning abilityResponsible, detail-oriented, and team-mindedAble to represent the company with a professional image
Compensation & Benefits<\/strong>
\u3010Salary Structure\u3011 Base salary (800-1,000 EUR net\/month) + Performance Bonus + Sales Commission.
\u3010Total Annual Earnings\u3011 Estimated at no less than 15,000 EUR (including commissions and bonuses).
