QES16-P / QES20-P Ride-On Electric Pallet Stackers

Two load capacities in one stacker range
The QES16-P and QES20-P provide a shared solution for ride-on pallet transport and stacking. Select the model according to your load requirements, then choose the mast, battery and fork configuration to suit your pallets and storage layout.
Ride-on operation for internal transport
The stand-on platform allows operators to travel with the truck between receiving, storage and dispatch areas. An integrated operator guardrail surrounds the riding position, while travel and lifting controls remain accessible at the handle.
Proportional control for careful pallet placement
Proportional lifting and lowering controls allow gradual fork-height adjustments when placing or retrieving pallets. Creep speed mode supports slow approaches and fork alignment near storage locations.
Mast options for different storage heights
Two-stage and three-stage full-free-lift mast configurations provide a choice of maximum fork heights up to 6000 mm. Full free lift allows the forks to rise through a specified distance before the mast extends. Select the mast according to stacking height, overhead clearance and residual load capacity.
Reinforced forks and chassis
Single-piece pressed steel forks incorporate reinforcement at the fork roots for structural rigidity. A high-strength chassis supports daily handling, while the pipe-free hydraulic system removes external hydraulic pipe joints, reducing potential leakage points.
Battery choices and diagnostic support
Lead-acid battery power is standard, with lithium-ion available as an option. Battery capacity choices and matched chargers allow the configuration to be selected around your workload and charging arrangements.
The CAN-BUS system monitors vehicle status and provides automatic fault diagnostics. An emergency reverse function, warning horn, accessible emergency stop button and electromagnetic brake support controlled operation.
