Electric power for everyday load handling
The SANY SCP-30F7 is a lithium battery counterbalance forklift designed for lifting, stacking and transporting loads in warehouses and production facilities. Its rated capacity of 3000 kg at a 500 mm load centre supports a wide range of pallet handling tasks.
An integrated electric powertrain
SANY’s eight-in-one electric powertrain brings major electrical functions into an integrated assembly, reducing separate component interfaces. A permanent magnet synchronous drive and dual-core vehicle control unit manage power delivery and vehicle response.
Liquid cooling helps manage operating temperatures during sustained work.
Lithium battery power with fast-charging capability
The forklift uses a 96 V lithium battery with a listed energy capacity of 22.1 kWh. Fast-charging capability provides flexibility when planning charging around breaks and shift schedules.
Battery and charger selection should be matched to the workload, available charging time and site power supply.
Practical lifting and load positioning
The brochure’s standard configuration provides a 3000 mm lift height. Adjustable fork spacing accommodates different load widths, while forward and backward mast tilt assists load positioning.
Solid tyres, hydraulic service braking and a mechanical parking brake complete the listed running equipment.
Monitoring and optional operator assistance
The brochure describes cloud-based fleet monitoring and remote fault diagnosis to support equipment oversight and troubleshooting.
