The QES20E-P allows operators to choose between walking behind the truck and riding on its folding platform. This flexibility suits workflows that combine pallet positioning with travel between receiving, storage and dispatch areas.
Powered handling for heavier pallets
Electric travel and lifting reduce the manual effort required to move and raise palletised loads. With a rated capacity of 2000 kg, the QES20E-P provides a practical solution for daily transport and stacking within the limits of the selected mast and load configuration.
Controlled approaches to storage positions
Travel controls and creep speed mode are accessible at the tiller, helping operators approach pallets slowly and align the forks. A battery indicator keeps charge status visible during work.
Reinforced forks and guided mast movement
Reinforced steel plate forks provide rigidity for load handling. The mast assembly incorporates steel side roller guides to reduce friction and support smooth movement. A high-strength chassis forms the base of the lifting and transport system.
Mast and battery choices
Single-stage and two-stage mast configurations provide different maximum fork heights. Select the mast around your stacking requirements, doorway clearance and overhead space.
Lead-acid battery power is specified, with lithium available as an option. Battery capacity choices and matched chargers allow the configuration to be selected according to workload and charging arrangements.
Operator functions and diagnostic support
An emergency reverse function, accessible emergency stop button, horn and electromagnetic brake support controlled operation. The CAN-BUS system monitors vehicle status and provides automatic fault diagnostics to assist troubleshooting.
The pipe-free hydraulic lifting system removes external hydraulic pipe joints, reducing potential leakage points.
