Ride-On Cleaning for Large Floor Areas

The QSM80F combines disc-brush scrubbing and wastewater recovery for warehouses, production facilities, shopping centres and other large hard-floor areas. Its seated operating position and front-wheel drive system support routine cleaning across the site.

Twin Disc Brushes with Brush Pressure System

Two 53 cm disc brushes work together to remove dirt adhering to the floor. The brush pressure system supports cleaning of more heavily soiled surfaces.

130 L Solution Tank and 140 L Recovery Tank

Separate tanks supply cleaning solution and collect recovered wastewater. The tank capacities help reduce the frequency of filling and emptying during cleaning rounds.

Automatic Brush and Squeegee Lifting

Automatic lifting of the brush assembly and squeegee allows the operator to switch between cleaning and transport from the controls. The brushes stop automatically when the machine is stationary, helping reduce unnecessary brush wear and floor abrasion.

Touch Controls and Card Access

The touch control panel provides access to the cleaning functions and operating modes. Card-operated activation helps manage access to the machine.

Controlled Driving and Braking

The QSM80F uses front-wheel drive. Automatic speed reduction during turns and electromagnetic braking support controlled operation.

Water Recovery and Vacuum Motor Protection

The vacuum motor continues running briefly after switch-off to help recover residual water. A recovery tank level sensor helps prevent overflow and protect the vacuum motor.
