Description

The EPT20V is an entry-level lithium-ion powered electric pallet truck with a load capacity of 2000 kg. Designed as an ideal upgrade from manual pallet trucks, it significantly improves efficiency, operator comfort, and workplace safety in light-duty material handling applications.

The EPT20V reduces physical strain caused by pulling and repetitive lifting, enhancing productivity while minimizing the risk of operator fatigue and injury.

The truck features a high-strength steel construction combined with a compact and lightweight chassis, ensuring durability and load stability while improving maneuverability. A 4 mm steel protective cover together with an ABS dust-proof housing provides enhanced protection for key components in demanding environments.

Equipped with a removable lithium-ion battery system, the EPT20V supports multiple capacity options to meet different working time requirements. The battery can be quickly replaced, and the integrated charger allows flexible charging from standard power outlets, ensuring maximum availability.

For intuitive operation, the truck comes with a magnetic multifunction tiller handle as standard, integrating forward/reverse driving, creep speed mode, and battery level display. A PIN code handle is available as an option for improved access control and operational safety. The leak-resistant hydraulic system without oil pipes ensures stable and reliable lifting performance.

With a travel speed of up to 4.5 km/h, controlled lifting and lowering functions, a maximum gradeability of 6%, and low noise levels (≤70 dB(A)), the EPT20V offers an excellent balance between performance and operator comfort.

Combining efficiency, flexibility, and user-friendly design, the EPT20V is an ideal solution for warehouses, factories, and retail environments transitioning to electric handling equipment.
