EPT20ES Electric Pallet Truck with Built-in Scale – 2000 kg
The QSLIFT EPT20ES electric pallet truck with scale combines powered travel, electric lifting and integrated weighing for loads up to 2000 kg. A replaceable lithium battery supports convenient charging, while creep speed mode helps with careful pallet positioning. Description
Pallet transport and weight checks in one workflow
The EPT20ES allows operators to move palletised goods and check their weight using the same equipment. Electric travel and lifting reduce manual handling effort, while the integrated scale removes the need to transfer pallets to a separate weighing platform for routine checks. It is a practical option for receiving, storage and dispatch operations.
Integrated digital weighing
Four weighing sensors connect to a digital indicator positioned in front of the tiller. Operators can stop, check the load weight and continue with the handling task, keeping weighing close to where goods are being moved.
Controlled movement and positioning
Travel, lifting and lowering controls are grouped at the handle for convenient operation. Creep speed mode supports slow manoeuvring when approaching pallets or aligning the forks. The battery indicator keeps charge status visible during use.
Replaceable lithium battery
The removable lithium battery provides a convenient arrangement for charging and replacement. Select the battery and matched charger according to your daily workload and available charging opportunities.
Robust construction for daily handling
A high-strength chassis supports pallet transport, while a metal housing protects the drive motor. Tandem load wheels support the load during movement. The pipe-free hydraulic system removes external hydraulic pipe joints, reducing potential leakage points.
Access control and diagnostic support
The EPT20ES includes an emergency reverse function, horn, electromagnetic brake and removable magnetic key switch. An optional PIN-code handle provides an alternative way to control access. The CAN-BUS system monitors vehicle status and provides automatic fault diagnostics to assist troubleshooting.
