Description
Fine control for pallet placement
The QES15E-PV uses proportional valve control to regulate lifting and lowering speed. This allows operators to make gradual fork-height adjustments when placing or retrieving pallets, supporting careful positioning at storage locations.
Powered travel and lifting
Electric travel and lifting reduce the manual effort involved in moving and raising palletised goods. The pedestrian layout and long tiller allow operators to steer the truck while accessing travel and lifting controls from the handle.
Selectable travel settings
The tiller includes selectable speed settings and an upright-tiller travel function. These provide additional control when positioning the truck where manoeuvring space is limited. Confirm the operating conditions for upright-tiller travel with the supplied configuration.
Robust load-handling structure
Solid metal support legs and a high-strength chassis provide a rigid base for handling. A reinforced lifting chain supports the mast mechanism. The pipe-free hydraulic system removes external hydraulic pipe joints, reducing potential leakage points.
Battery and mast choices
The brochure specifies lithium battery power and lists alternative battery capacities with matched chargers. Different mast configurations allow the truck to be selected around stacking height and overhead clearance. Check both lowered and extended mast dimensions before choosing a configuration.
Operator functions and diagnostic support
An emergency reverse function, accessible emergency stop button, horn and electromagnetic brake support controlled operation. The CAN-BUS system monitors vehicle status and provides automatic fault diagnostics to assist troubleshooting.
