Description
Transport and weigh pallets with the same truck
The EPT20ES-S brings electric travel, powered lifting and load weighing together. Operators can move palletised goods and stop to check their weight without transferring them to a separate weighing platform. This makes it a practical option for routine weight checks in goods receiving, internal logistics and dispatch preparation.
Integrated weighing for everyday checks
Four weighing sensors work with a digital indicator mounted in front of the tiller. The display keeps weight readings visible during weighing, helping operators incorporate load checks into their normal handling workflow.
Powered movement and precise positioning
Electric travel and lifting reduce the manual effort required to move and raise pallets. Handle-mounted controls provide access to travel, lifting and lowering functions, while creep speed mode supports careful positioning when approaching a pallet.
Replaceable lithium battery
The lithium battery can be removed for replacement and convenient charging. A battery indicator helps operators monitor charge status and plan charging around their workload.
Robust construction and protected components
A high-strength chassis supports daily pallet handling, while a metal housing protects the drive motor. Tandem load wheels support the pallet during transport. The pipe-free hydraulic lifting system removes external hydraulic pipe joints, reducing potential leakage points.
Access control and diagnostic support
The truck includes an emergency reverse function, horn, electromagnetic brake and removable magnetic key switch. An optional PIN-code handle provides an alternative method of access control. The CAN-BUS system monitors vehicle status and provides automatic fault diagnostics to assist troubleshooting.
