Description
Powered transport and stacking
The QES15D supports pallet movements between receiving, storage and dispatch areas. Electric travel and lifting reduce manual handling effort, while its compact pedestrian layout helps operators manoeuvre around storage positions.
Mast lifting with an additional initial-lift function
The double-lift design combines mast lifting with an initial-lift function for the support arms. This provides an additional lifting movement at the base of the truck alongside the main forks. Confirm the permitted loads and operating conditions for each lifting function when selecting your configuration.
Convenient control at the tiller
Travel, lifting and lowering controls are grouped at the handle. Creep speed mode supports slow positioning when approaching a pallet or aligning the forks. The long tiller assists steering, while a battery indicator allows operators to monitor charge status.
Reinforced forks and guided mast movement
Reinforced steel plate forks provide rigidity for load handling. The mast assembly incorporates steel side roller guides to reduce friction and support smooth movement. Tandem polyurethane load wheels support the load during transport.
Mast and battery choices
Different mast heights allow the QES15D to be configured around your stacking requirements and available overhead clearance. Battery capacity options with matched chargers provide a choice for different workloads and charging arrangements.
Hydraulic design and diagnostic support
The pipe-free hydraulic system removes external hydraulic pipe joints, reducing potential leakage points. The CAN-BUS system monitors vehicle status and provides automatic fault diagnostics. An emergency reverse function, horn, key activation and electromagnetic brake support controlled operation.
