Description
The EPT20 is a high-spec lithium-ion electric pallet truck with a rated load capacity of 2000 kg. Designed as an efficient upgrade from traditional manual pallet trucks, it is ideal for light to medium-duty material handling in warehouses, logistics centers, and workshop environments.
The EPT20 significantly improves operational efficiency while reducing physical operator fatigue. Its responsive control system and ergonomic tiller design enhance both operational safety and user experience.
Featuring high-strength steel construction with a compact chassis design, the EPT20 ensures structural durability and load stability while maintaining excellent maneuverability in tight spaces. A robust protective cover helps shield internal components, enhancing overall service life and safety.
The EPT20 is powered by a high-performance 48V/15Ah lithium-ion battery (with optional higher capacities), offering exceptional safety, long operational cycles, and zero maintenance. The battery pack is easily replaceable to support multi-shift operations. Combined with an efficient drive system, it delivers steady power output and reliable gradeability.
For intelligent operation, the truck is equipped with a CAN-bus multifunction tiller handle, integrating forward/reverse driving, creep speed mode for narrow aisles, battery status indicator, and access control. Integrated diagnostic codes and low-voltage protection allow real-time monitoring and simplified maintenance.
Combining 48V lithium-ion efficiency, compact structural design, and reliable hydraulic lifting, the EPT20 offers an optimal balance between performance, durability, and cost-effectiveness.
